Standard forms
The main forms used by the Office of the Sheriff are available from the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules (UCPR) website.
The table below gives the form numbers and examples of how the forms are used. You can download the relevant forms from the UCPR website.

Used when a corporation needs more time to pay money owed; or is seeking to pay a debt by installments.

Form 75: Notice to Sheriff of Disputed Property

Used when goods that are included on the Sheriff's list for seizure do not belong to the person who owes a debt. |

Form 20: Notice of Motion
|
Used if you are seeking to suspend enforcement actions by the Sheriff's Office. |

The following fees of the Office of the Sheriff were determined by the Civil Procedure Amendment (Fees) Regulation 2011.
