Online court lists
The NSW Supreme, District, Local and Coroner's Courts publish daily court lists online via the Online Registry.
You can search the online court list to find details, including:
-
the time a particular case is listed
-
the courtroom where the case will be heard
-
the name of the judge or magistrate hearing the case.
Searches can be done by name, case number, location, date, court, jurisdiction, the title of the presiding officer and the type of listing.
Each court and tribunal also publishes its own daily court lists.
Electronic filing services — eServices
Legal representatives can file documents electronically using JusticeLink eServices.
You need to be registered with JusticeLink eServices to use the secure, password-protected electronic court document lodgment system.
In future all parties to a case will be able to file court documents online. This includes probate forms and transcript order forms.
Find out more about what what legal eServices will be available in future.
Electronic courts — eCourts
An ecourt is an online forum for judicial officers and legal representatives to exchange written messages in a case instead of attending court in person.
